Ensure your school community is inclusive and supportive for neurodivergent learners and those facing mental health challenges, with expert, high-quality training and workshops.
A comprehensive understanding of neurodivergence is crucial for adults working with children—not just for the child’s success but for the well-being of the entire family. When adults recognize and accommodate neurodivergent needs, it can reduce anxiety, prevent school avoidance, and create a more positive learning experience.
Misunderstandings, however, lead to unnecessary behavioral labels, suspensions, heightened EBSA and increased mental health struggles for both the child and their caregivers. This training helps educators see beyond the surface and implement strategies that truly support neurodivergent children (without increasing workload!).
An in-depth exploration of why girls fall under the radar and what you can do to help.
Theory and practical strategies to build an environment where neurodivergent children can thrive.
Understanding and navigating emotional based school avoidance to prevent trauma and school break down.
A workshop to unpick stereotypes and bring knowledge in line with recent research.
Workshops designed to support your parent community and build relationships between home and school.
How to reach beneath the mask to understand internal presentations of neurodivergence.
Sessions start from just £75 — a drop in the ocean compared to the impact this training has on your whole school community. From one-off workshops, to whole-school training, every session delivers practical, impactful strategies that can be implemented immediately. All packages can be tailored to suit your setting's demographic.
With specialist school places so limited , it’s more important than ever to equip all staff with the knowledge and skills to identify and support neurodivergent children effectively in mainstream settings. When staff are well-trained, parents feel heard, understood, and reassured that their child is in a supportive environment.
One hour online sessions exploring the knowledge and and up-to-date research you need to support neurodivergent children.
90 minute face to face interactive workshops delving deeper into the history, research and strategies which support children with neurodivergence and/or mental heath difficulties.
3 hour interactive workshops tailored to cover a wider range of presentations and support strategies. Perfect for Insets or splitting over two staff meetings/twilights.
