Understanding neurodivergence is no longer optional; it’s essential. When educators are equipped with the right knowledge, children feel safer, families feel heard, and classrooms become more inclusive for everyone.
Without the right training, misunderstandings lead to unnecessary behavioural labels, suspensions, increased EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance), and a rise in mental health challenges. This training helps staff see beneath the surface, reducing school avoidance and stress; without adding to their workload.
Training Options for Every Setting:
All sessions are evidence-informed, trauma-sensitive, and grounded in lived and professional experience. Each workshop is interactive and tailored to your staff's needs and experience level.

Each package is fully customisable to reflect your school's demographic, challenges, and goals.
